INGREDIENTS: 3 Tbsp Butter 2 1/2 Cups Oats 1 Cup Mixed Nuts, chopped 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut, optional 1/2 Cup Dried Fruit 3 Tbsp Honey Using RoadPro 12-Volt Slow Cooker, let butter melt completely. Add oats and coat with butter. Add nuts, coconut, dried fruit, and honey. Stir. Cover with lid (with paper towels or regular towel between slow cooker and lid.) Cook 45 minutes. Remove lid and put granola on plate or small cookie sheet to cool. Enjoy!
