Breakfast Potatoes


INGREDIENTS: ½ lb yukon gold or red potatoes ¼ onion 1 tbsp oil Salt Pepper ½ tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped 1. Dice ½ pound of potatoes 2. Chop ¼ onion 3. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in the RoadPro Frying Pan (link: ) 4. Sauté onion and season with salt and pepper 5. Add potatoes and garlic powder 6. Sauté for 15 minutes 7. Stir in rosemary, then sauté for another 15 minutes (or until fully cooked) 8. Serve as a breakfast side
