Baked Peaches

Bake this delicious dessert in the RoadPro 12-Volt Portable Roaster.

INGREDIENTS:

3 large, ripe peaches

5 Tablespoons Apricot Jam

2 Tablespoons honey

2/3 cup water

1 Tablespoon lemon zest

2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice

½ Teaspoon sugar

1. Heat RoadPro Roaster

2. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Place in aluminum roaster pan

3. In a small bowl, whisk together jam, honey, water, lemon zest and lemon juice

4. Pour jam mixture over halved peaches

5. Sprinkle sugar on each peach half.

6. Bake for 1 hour, or until peaches are tender

7. Serve and enjoy!
