Salmon Dinner

A healthy and simple meal on-the-go!
INGREDIENTS:
2 Salmon filets
½ Asparagus bunch, ends chopped off and cut in half
Salt
Pepper
Lemon wedges
Garlic-Lemon-Herb Butter:
3 Tbsp Butter, softened
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
½ Tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat Roaster
2. Make Garlic-Lemon-Herb Butter
3. Place salmon & asparagus in pan
4. Spread pre-made butter evenly over salmon & asparagus
5. Add salt and pepper
6. Cook for 30 minutes
7. Serve and enjoy
